Time is fleeting. It’s important to be mindful and intentional. It’s something I often preach to my fiancé. I want to make sure that whatever I do, I do it with all of my heart.
Sometimes things get rough. I need to give everything I have, even when I do not feel like it. This commandment is one I need to remind myself of whenever I feel like giving up.
I am the worse when it comes to procrastination. I always put things off and end up scrambling. That is something that needs to change. If I follow this commandment, I know I can make my life easier and less stressful.
Losing my temper is something I try to avoid. Why? Because when I lose my temper, I don’t like the person I turn into. I need to work on calming down, thinking about if my anger is helping or hurting.
It’s easy to make yourself believe something. When I’m thinking negative thoughts or getting angry, I need to practice making the opposite argument to change my thoughts and attitude.
