Things To Do When Anxiety Attacks
All of us feel anxious sometime in our life. Nobody wants to stock in this situation or feeling, we wanna feel better. I've also felt this feeling and i don't like it. I just don't, it's not good.
So i wanna share with you how people or how i fight the anxiety.
When i feel the anxiety first thing i'm gonna do is to look for a music on youtube or any mobile app like a relaxing music, or start counting 1-30 like 3x in a row to make my mind relax and not think about of anything.
If you have someone beside you or near you, hug them so you will feel safe and comfotable.
and ofcourse pray and ask for guidance and wisdom. Call Him He will never get out of reach He's always available for us.
