Stunning Sunset to end the day.

I climbed off the train this evening and was greeted by this magnificent sunset. The smoke from yesterday had cleared, and the sky was crystal clear here in the north of the city.

It would have made a much better picture without the car park and streetlights in the foreground, but the colour gradient from blue to yellow, and the perfect rows of clouds around the sunset really made a scene that this shot doesn't do justice to.

With the season moving from an autumn we've almost not had, to winter, the sky is becoming a much paler blue, and the sunset doesn't last very long, but is as beautiful as ever.
