Neustadt Dresden, Germany

This is where most of the city's night life happens. On a Tuesday night it was a bit quiet, though.

However, a local theater was open, and so were countless cafes. The one I went to for dinner was open until 2 in the morning, and at 10:30 at night there definitely were still customers.
