Day 105 ...
Tuesday was not the most eventful day, I went home to spend time with my family which usually takes up the entire day. Right now it is really hot here in Belgium which makes it less optimal to do runs. One of the things I intend to do is to wake up at least an hour early so I have more time each day to do productive things.
I also failed to do my daily reps and was surprised how I actually felt the 100 reps I did yesterday and how more difficult they were doing. I guess the progress I made disappeard after lowering them the last couple weeks. I picked up some tape to hang my new magnietic board and am making it look more suited for a daily picture.
