Day 111 Starting The Week Strong !

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balalnce between health, work and my personal life...

Setting objectives on a shorter timeframe seems to work better and I have done all the things I set out to do on a daily basis this week. I did realise that the 200 reps will be too much on days when I am not at home since I tend to spread them around over the entire day. I also went on an evening tennis session so the week started off very active.
