Day 254 | Bread

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

November is turning out to be a poor overall month when it comes down to reaching my goals. I had a little set back mostly getting back inside my comfort zone. The fact this was quite the losing month money wise probaly had a lot to do with it even though I like to believe I'm resistant to that by now after a decade of ups and downs. The idea is to make something of a statement in December. I love the holidays and spending extra time with friends and family but no longer feel the need to overeat during them.

Breadn has been my weak point this week and on thursday I really overate on it to the point it made falling asleep a struggle. Bread is one of those food Items I know I best avoid even though it's whole grain, but I have been reading a lot of conflicting ideas about it online. Saturday will be a new start and I will keep friday in check when it comes down to letting myself go.

If it’s any consolation I can’t eat the bread now either. Give me a few weeks and I’m sure I can come up with a nice gluten free, starch free, vegan, low glycemic altnerative.
