Day 295 | Cleaning Day
My mother asked me to help clean an appartment she is about to rent to someone new as the ones who were in there previous left it quite dirty. So my day basically was waking up, making my daily post on this steemit account , take a shower, eat something, do some betting also making a post on Scorum about it. I went to play 2 hours of tennis and feel my endurence is increasing because of joining the hot yoga more lately. I took a shower and drove to help my mother for a couple hours. Drove to my partents place where I first browsed the internet a bit and ate some leftovers of some rice that were in the freezer. I went over to my sister, spend some time with my nieces. Drove back to the appartement I live in. Not having had much time to properly cook I went for quick french fries and went to bed a bit later.

What I eat late has quite te big impact on my wake up time and I woke up quite early after having some french fries last evening. I will be putting more time again into cooking properly and making sure I have the most healthy options ready to go.
