Day 298 | Weekly Goals & Objectives #13

In these weekly posts I try to set myself some goals and follow up what has been achieved in order to find a better balance and move forward in my life.


Week #12 Summary

My main point of focus this week was my wake up time. I started setting an alarm clock so I was sure to be in the process of writing my daily report before 09:00. This is actually working out far better than I expected. I never really woke up out of a deep sleep and realised I just like to stay in bed a long time even after getting enough sleep. Knowing my alarm would go off at 08:35 it made me limit this to that hour pretty much and waste less time browsing nonsense on the internet. I also did feel I have more time to get things done in the morning.

I keep being stuck at going 2x to the hot yoga (which is not bad on it's own), blogging was a bit of a struggle since the league is on hold during the winter break taking away most of my regular content. I did manage to make a post 6 out of 7 days though.

Week #13 objectives

So pretty much I want to expand on the wake up hour since it is working out better than I hoped for. I will put my alarm clock to 08:25 this week and strive toward making these daily report by 08:50. I also won't allow myself to stay in bed long afterward and will hit the shower the moment I'm finished posting. This should win me even more extra time. I'm also setting the bar a bit lower when it comes down to eacting 100% clean allowing myself to eat bread and something like cookies once a week mostly because I feel I won't be able to hold this right now since have been quite busy. Once the spring hits I will go full focus again on these things along with starting to do daily reps again.
