Day 439 | 100% Activity - 0% Productivity

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

Every day now pretty much looks exactly the same, wake up check the websites I regularly visit, Make this daily report, put my food ready, go on a moring run (total around 1which takes up around 1 hour including the walk to my starting place, stretching walking back), do some reps, take a shower, eat. Afterward I do some betting related stuff and make my daily post on my main Steemit account and Scorum. I try to stay up to date with what's happening on Steemit which is nearly a full time job these day. I sometimes take a 30 minute nap in the afternoon. Make sure to do most of my reps early in the afternoon. spend some more time online, walk to the supermarket to get proper food, prepare that and eat it. Some more online time to prepare myself for the hot Yoga around 17:00, be back from that around 20:15. Eat something and crash in my coutch watching some brainless tv most of the time.

I hoped to get more things done during this period, but my actual productivity has been very low. I plan on making a list today of all the small and bigger things I still have to / want to do and get to that. I also like to take some time for entertainment in the evening and have quite some things I want to finish but lack the energy to get to them because I'm following this completely idiotic dating show called 'Love Island' on Belgian TV. I'd love to finish Resident Evil 7 VR, play what remains of edith finch, Watch the latest Black Mirror Episodes, Get faster with my Rubiks cube,...

For as far as the good side goes, I do get in plenty of activity and even though it doesn't really show yet right now, I'm sure if will if I keep this up and it also keeps me distracted making eating healthy and the nofap challenge really easy. I also feel quite good in general so I can't complain.


I increased my running distance again a bit but now feel a little strech in my left leg in the moring so I might stick to just a basic 15 minute run on Friday.

Around 23:00 seems to have become my new time to go to bed, I'm getting in enough sleep daily and the early wake up time makes the moring run much more enjoyable because it's never as hot yet.

So far I'm keeping a perfect record on the daily checklist part and this has been fairly easy actually. I just leave no window open and there has not been any internal debate going on in my head around it.
