Day 75 Snapped

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

While I was just writing yesterday about the concept of leaving yourself no choice, It was followed by of an off-day and I snapped on the NoFap 6 days into it. This does not mean I won't continue though, because I clearly experienced a difference before and after when it came down to my drive to put a lot more focus on improving my social skills and start dating. After the relapse this was totally gone. I will start from day 0 again and not use this slip up as an excuse afterwards.

I also went to the night shop to get some patato chips 'since I might aswel make it a complete off day, but changed my minds and just bought some nuts instead. At times it's a real war / chess game between the more primitive and more advanced part of my brain. Making them work along is really a challenge.

One of the backwards rationalised reasons I used to convince myself is the fact that I signed up to a Bikram Yoga class this week which is Yoga at 40° celcius. I once saw it on tv and wanted to give it a try ever since. Doing No Fap tends to come along with random erections which is something I really want to avoid during the first session on monday.

I heard a lot of good things about hot yoga, but I have no idea what to expect also because I have never done any kind of yoga before. I will make my daily report about it tomorrow...
