Day 79 Personal Victory

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

Day 79 was very Similar to day 78 with the only difference that I did push myself to go on a morning run. I still had to pick up some bananas and Oat Milk at the Supermarket for my breakfast so I planned my moring run towards that. I again took way too much time to write an article and found myself in a spot afterwards where I stated talking myself out of going to the Bikram Yoga. Despite having convinced myself to stay at home and watch a movie or something, I could not do it and changed my mind at the last second and went for another very intense bikram Yoga class. I was very happy that I went afterwards and felt great because I saw it as a personal victory pulling myself through these mind games.
