Before I move on with this article, i'll like to know who wants sound health and wellness? Typically, everyone does.

Each and everyone of us including my writing this article wants a good health and all round wellness. We are all looking for that miracle appendix, idea or workout that has the potency to change our lives ostensibly overnight. Interestingly, such a thing exist and we literally have to pay nothing o get this wish.

Without further ado; the answer to this long awaited question is no other than SLEEP! Deep sleep in particular.

Each time we feel sleep deprived, it's really harmful for our health. Our body tends to be in a fixed state of stress and accent which sooner or later will result to the following below;

  • Anxiety
  • Headaches and dizziness
  • Weight gain
  • Depression
  • Stroke
  • Hypertension
  • Digestive disorders
  • Immune system dysfunction
  • Irritability

Deep sleep or having a deep sleep plays a crucial role not only to our body, but also to our mind. Below are some of the ways having a deep sleep is possible.

Turn off the lights

Having too many activities around us when its time to sleep might earnestly be humiliating our ability to have a deep sleep.

Since were in an era of technology we tend to have all of them around us such as our phones; laptops, lamb reader, play station games etc... All this feigned appliances have the potency to obstruct our circadian rhythms and also making deep sleep almost impossible for us.

So from now on, do yourself a favor by turning off all electronics afore you sleep, and trust me you'll be amazed at the aftermath of this practice.

Go to bed early

Sometimes we get too involved in our work at the office and we promise ourselves to complete them once we get home. For this cause, we tend to work till its almost bed time, this makes us to sleep late, that alone isn't good for our health.

I understand night is a time of quietness and some of us just love working when everywhere is quiet. If this is the case, then try to get some sleep during the day so as to stay active at night. Any other technique outside these will affect our body and mind.

Don't eat too much before going to bed

This last part might seem too demanding for some if not all. I understand, our body system is quite different from others. For some it's difficult to get some sleep with an empty while for others it's the other way round. But eating heavy food at night keeps your body digesting and doesn't really allow you to have a deep good sleep.

Also, just the discomfort and bloating makes it tough to get settled. At the same time, your body can think it’s in the middle of the day as the focus appears to be on digestion and absorption as opposed to sleep. This can cause some more havoc with your body clock which hasn’t been allowed to naturally do it’s thing.

Having said this, having a deep good sleep feels almost impossible or extremely tough. For a better and proper sleep, take a glass of water and sleep off.

Go live
