OUR KIDS HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY AT CAPERNAUM GARDEN!

Hello steemians, today I'm going to write about our activities at Capernaum Garden. Our new government declared Thursday and Friday (10 dan 11 May) as additional public holidays in conjunction with the 14th General Election. So, we came up with an idea to bring our kids to swim in the river.

My daughter, Chelsea Heavenly and her cousin, Audrey Claire always ask to swim in the river. So, @audreyclaire and I fulfill their wishes today. Here in my hometown, there are so many rivers. We chose to go at the Capernaum Garden.

THE UNIQUE ABOUT THIS PLACE

Well, this place is so unique. As you can see in the picture, there a pool. Actually, this pool is a river. The owner told us, they dig in the river and make it like a pool. There's a mini waterfall too and the water is always flowing so this makes it more amazing. There is two part of this pool, one part is for an adult because this pool is a little bit deep (6-8metre) and the other one is suitable for kids.

The water a little bit cloudy because it was rainy season here. Normally, you can see a clear blue water with clear rocks underwater. The owner told us, they already cement the riverbed but every time it rains heavily, the rocks from the upstream of the river will overflow into the pool.

We spent almost two hours and a half swimming in the river. My daughter Chelsea is very brave one, she is not afraid swimming alone with her float. I must say, she likes river so much like she in love with the ocean. Unlike Chelsea, Audrey is a little bit coward. She keeps screaming to get out from the water. In the end, Audrey just playing on the riverbank 😅.

Not just the kids enjoy swimming in the river, but the parents too 😂. I keep swimming back and forth and suddenly I realize my engagement ring slipped from my finger 😱😱😱( i will write
about this in my next blog).

Actually, there is a real pool but we don't go there. They also have a rabbit and bird in a mini-park. You also can have a bbq with families and friend. They also provide facilities like toilet and the changing room.

We have so much great time today. This is my second time swimming here but I must say this place is a must place to visit if you like to swim in the river.
