Future of Investing

The future of investing seems more clear to me now than ever.

On the Steem blockchain, people will VEST their liquid STEEM as STEEM POWER.

They will use this SP to delegate to projects.

Projects will have to convey their message to potential investors.

They will do token raises by paying out their token to delegatees in exchange for a delegation of SP.

By using this delegation, they will be able to reward themselves, users of their platform, employees, freelancers, etc.

Essentially, they will use SP as a tool to grow their business and they will pay their “delegation investors” with tokens that will gain value as the platform grows.

For investors, this means that they can easily earn a return on investment by seeking out great projects and delegating to them.

It also means that they will have little risk..

Their risk is not in investment but in opportunity cost.

They have to pick which projects are likely to have the most utility in the future.

But they do not have to risk their Steem investment.. because they delegated, they still own their SP and can withdraw the delegations at any moment!

This is the future of investing.
