Entitlement vs Gratitude - My Video Reply to @chrispy99 uncut #30
Please know that my intention of this video is to help and be an encouragement to our beautiful community here.
This is my last video about this subject because I feel like I've covered it enough now, but I'm uploading this video because I told my brotha @chrispy99 that I'd make a video reply to his uncut #30. So essentially in this video, I talk about the key differences between entitlement and gratitude. How one is stifling and how one is empowering. This is coming from the experience of a man that's faced rejection his entire life. I've been through hundreds of auditions, failed at many interviews and just faced a lot of amazing adversities in life. One of the key things that I've learned is the power of the attitude of gratitude. In my opinion, you can't be grateful and entitled at the same time. I got into the talk about "limited" DTube upvotes again and the fear that some people have about it. The fear of lack. Personally, I don't feel entitled to any upvotes. If I get it, I'm grateful. If I don't. I move on to my next video and try to add value and a positive spin to the platform. That's really my goal here. To somehow be of service to the citizens of DTube.
My encouragement to each and every person making videos and vlogs is, just keep doing what you're doing. Work on it with all your heart. Put your passion into it. Talk about your interest. And never give up. Don't focus on others. Focus on yourself. Don't focus on the lack. Focus on the abundance. Don't be negative. Be positive. And when you're feeling down, know that this platform has so much to offer and that YOU have so much to offer this platform. For all of us, we need this platform as much as this platform needs us. And it's a wonderful relationship.

Payouts here are not particularly fair! Not complaining i'm just stating the fact that it can be used in abusive manors, and unless you have some idea of the leg ups the odds are stacking against you. So with that said the only way to make it here is constant progression, feel like you've stalled try a new angle.
Take nothing for granted, I am excited with $1 on a post and with @dtube I have gotten almost $3. Sure I use the support platforms but the higher quality content has given higher votes even with minnow support.

Such a good subject good subject good subject, it's just like the world where you're lucky when anyone takes an interest in what you do, because the only incentive comes from within to act. We enter the world, Society, platform the we did not build it, and we learn from it our behaviors. The monkey mind always wants more, never enough when more will do, be the top of the Heap as long as someone else is above. And the platform of steemers is a great place to work this out. Can we rise above the monkey mind? The statement you cannot be entitled and grateful at the same time has the Ring Of Truth. And exercise of gratitude as a practice has reaching effects that go beyond both the personal and the person. In a world of scarcity there's never enough. In a world of plenty there's always more. We all like recognition for accomplishment. How did we get it? No one owes us a debt. The world is an environment a platform, We rise to other levels by playing the game. What's best for the platform? What is best for the network? how do the interest of the individual align with the network?
