No matter what life gives us, be it suffering, sorrow or misfortune; keep on smiling and carry on.
No matter what our friends or people must have done for us, be it betrayal, backbitting or quarreling; keep on smiling and carry on.
It might not be easy to carry on when we are pulled down by circumstances of life, but remaining in one spot is even more dangerous. By maintaining one spot, you won't move forward in life.
Always learn to smile and carry on when life gives us hardship, when friends/family member hurt us, when we don't get to achieve our desired targets etc.
