150g self raising flour
75g butter
150g caster sugar
75g walnuts (optional)
3 small eggs
3 small banana's
pinch of salt
Pre heat oven to 180c gas4
mix butter and sugar till fluffy
Beat eggs in separate bowl
slowly add eggs and flour and mix till creamy
mash banana's
add banana's and nuts
Grease loaf tins
use 2 loaf tins and place half the mix in each
Bake for 35/40 mins
