Dreaming your way to reality
Dreaming to succeed is a projection of the life that you wish to live. It is described as daring to do something Noble and not minding the consequences, or allowing your faith to run ahead of your mind. It can also be described as active imagination. Successful people are first dreamers. They see things that look imaginary before the things become a reality.
"Real dreamers are visioners". As a serious minded person you are supposed to have empires in your mind of what you want to achieve in life. You are also expected to be focused. You have to believe in your dream, work on your dream and live with your dream in mind always.
Allan Newman said "Give drive to your dream, every dream that lacks drive becomes drowned."
This simply means that if you do not follow your dreams squarely, your dream to be successful person in the future may not be realized.
A little story of the impact a lady's effort had on Mr. Robert Kiyosaki's experience, which should also serve as an encouragement to you. It reads:
"I once met a young woman who had dreams of swimming in the Olympic team. The reality was, she had to get up early in the morning at 4.00am to swim for three hours before going to school. She did not party with her friends on Saturday night. She had to study and keep her grades up like everyone else"- Kiyosaki
In the journey of life, some people get distracted by things that are irrelevant. A focused and determined person sets priority and stay focused to his/her dreams.
