In Our World, Efforts Don't Count, Results do.

The word "hardworking" can have different meanings in our world today. You can either be a hard worker with results or a workaholic with no results at all.

Every human who is fit and sound in health is expected to work for his/her survival. But at times, there are no tangible results for some who sweat their asses out toiling for their daily upkeep. Why is that the case? Is there something they aren't doing right? Join me as we discuss some more.

Working as an employee in a firm, some folks have given in all their best, but it seems they aren't just adding any tangible token of growth to their employers establishment. Have you ever wondered why it happens that way? Is there something these employees aren't getting right?

It is obvious that no one dislikes good results, employers inclusive, and that mere efforts do not please humans at all. Even as students, parents do get excited when they get positive results from their childrens educational endeavours.

Imagine your boss at work walks in and finds you at your work station all busy and asked to see what you've accomplished for the day, and you give him that look ( but sir, I'm still working, I ... I haven't finished any job yet). You know how disappointing that would sound, so terrible.

No wonder, a popular writer of a Bible book admonished us to strike our blows with precision as it would be of great benefit.

In the end, only one Being gives into consideration our efforts, not humans at all, what we're pleased with are results!
