I have constantly reinforced this idea to myself over the past few weeks, especially the past few days.

Overcoming this back injury is harder than I could have ever imagined.

Every day is a struggle to get through doing the things I need to do while trying not to aggravate the issue.

Over time, I suppose, it will go away.

I am determined to elevate my stretching skills. Elevate my lifestyle habits. Elevate my eating habits.

I’m going to elevate my life to where I want it it be!
