Masern-Virus existiert nicht!
Dr. St. L. gewinnt Prozess vor dem BGH/ Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Neben dem Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart/Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat nun auch der Bundesgerichtshof / Bundesrepublik Deutschland entschieden, dass der Virologe Dr. St.L. keine 100.000 Euro an den Arzt Dr. David B. zahlen muss.
Im Februar 2011 hatte Dr. St. L. eine Belohnung in Höhe von 100.000 Euro für denjenigen versprochen, der imstande sei, eine wissenschaftliche Publikation vorzulegen, in der die Existenz des Masern-Virus nicht nur behauptet, sondern auch bewiesen und darin u.a. dessen Durchmesser bestimmt ist.
Der Arzt Dr. B. versuchte, die Existenz des Masern-Virus durch sechs eingereichte Publikationen zu beweisen.

Schlussfolgerungen
Die sechs im Prozess vorgelegten Publikationen sind die maßgeblichen Publikationen zum „Masern-Virus.“ Da es neben diesen sechs Publikationen nachweislich keine anderen Publikationen gibt, in denen mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden versucht wurde, die Existenz des Masern-Virus zu beweisen, haben das nun höchstrichterliche Urteil im Masern-Virus-Prozess und die Ergebnisse der genetischen Untersuchungen Konsequenzen:
Allen nationalen und internationalen Aussagen zum vermuteten Masern-Virus, zur Infektiösität von Masern, zu Nutzen und Unbedenklichkeit der Masern-Impfung wurden der Anschein von Wissenschaftlichkeit und damit die rechtliche Basis entzogen.
Durch Anfragen, die das Masern-Virus-Preisausschreiben auslöste, hat die Leiterin des Nationalen Referenz-Instituts für Masern am Robert Koch-Institut (RKI), Prof. Dr. A. M., eine wichtige Tatsache eingestanden.
Dieses Eingeständnis kann die erhöhte Impfschadensrate speziell der Masern-Impfung erklären und warum und wie besonders diese Impfung vermehrt Autismus auslöst.
Kommentar:
Die Masern-Impfung ist also nicht nur nutzlos, sondern vor allem schädlich!
Impfungen, die auf schlechter Forschung basieren, haben weltweit hunderttausenden Kindern Schaden zugefügt.
Soll das Wissenschaft sein?

Frau Prof. M. hat eingestanden, dass das „Masern-Virus“ typisch zelleigene Bestandteile (Ribosomen, die Eiweiß-Fabriken der Zellen) enthält.
Da die Masern-Impfung aus „ganzen Masern-Viren“ besteht, enthält dieser Impfstoff zelleigene Strukturen.
Dies erklärt, warum die Masern-Impfung häufigere und stärkere Allergien und Autoimmunreaktionen auslöst als andere Impfungen.
Der Gerichtsgutachter Prof. P. führte mehrfach aus, dass mit der Behauptung des RKI zu Ribosomen in den Masern-Viren, die Existenz-Behauptungen eines Masern-Virus widerlegt sind.
Im Verfahren wurde ebenso aktenkundig, dass die höchste deutsche wissenschaftliche Autorität auf dem Gebiet der Infektiologie, das RKI, entgegen seinem gesetzlichen Auftrag in § 4 Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG) es unterlassen hat, Untersuchungen zum behaupteten Masern-Virus zu erstellen und zu veröffentlichen. Das RKI behauptet, dass es interne Untersuchungen zum Masern-Virus getätigt hat, weigert sich aber, die Ergebnisse auszuhändigen oder zu veröffentlichen.

Wenn der Masern-Virus nicht existiert, muss man sich fragen, ob das auch auf andere Viren zutrifft?

Because there are beside these six publications as can be proved no other publications in which was tried with scientific methods to prove the existence of the curl virus, consequences have the judgment höchstrichterliche now in the curl virus process and the results of the genetic investigations:
To all national and international statements to the supposed curl virus, to the Infektiösität of measles, to use and harmlessness of the curl vaccination were taken away the appearance by academic nature and with it the juridical base.
By the inquiries which the curl virus competition released the leader of the national authoritative institute of measles in Robert has admitted an important fact to Koch's institute (RKI), Prof. Dr. A. M.
This admission can explain the raised vaccination damage rate especially to the curl vaccination and why and how particularly this vaccination increases autism releases.

This explains, why the curl vaccination releases more frequent and stronger allergies and autoimmunological reactions than other vaccinations.
The court consultant Prof. P. explained several times that with the assertion of the RKI to Ribosomen in the curl viruses, the existence assertions of a curl virus are disproved.
In the procedure became as on record that the highest German scientific authority in the area of the Infektiologie, the RKI, against his legal order has omitted from it in §4 infection law for the protection (IfSG) to provide investigations to the maintained curl virus and to publish. The RKI states that it has effected internal investigations to the curl virus, however, refuses to hand over the results or to publish.

If the curl virus does not exist, one must ask himself whether this also applies to other viruses?

Ahora el Tribunal Federal de República Federal de Alemania Dr. St. L. WINS de proceso ante el Tribunal Federal de justicia / República Federal de Alemania, además del más alto tribunal regional de Stuttgart / República Federal de Alemania ha decidido que el virólogo Dr. St. L. No 100. 000 euros en el doctor Dr. David B. debe pagar.
En febrero de 2011, el Dr. St. L. había prometido una recompensa de 100. 000 euros para los que es capaz de presentar una publicación científica, en el que la existencia del virus del sarampión no sólo afirma sino también demostró y Engels cuyo diámetro es la intención. El médico Dr. B. intentó probar la existencia del virus del sarampión a través de seis publicaciones presentadas.
Sentencia del OLG Stuttgart de la 16. 2. 2016, 12 conclusiones U 63/15 las seis publicaciones presentadas al proceso son las publicaciones relevantes para el "virus del sarampión".
Puesto que no es demostrable no otras publicaciones además de estas seis publicaciones, utilizando métodos científicos, intentaron probar la existencia del virus del sarampión, ahora proceso de sentencia del Tribunal en el virus del sarampión y los resultados han consecuencias de los exámenes genéticos:
declaraciones nacionales e internacionales en sospechan seguridad de vacunación contra el sarampión y el virus del sarampión, en beneficio de la apariencia de métodos científicos y la legal se convirtió así en la contagiosidad del sarampión Retirar de la base.
A través de consultas que ha disparado la competencia de virus de sarampión, tiene la cabeza del Instituto Nacional de referencia para el sarampión en el Instituto Koch de Roberto (RKI), Prof. Dr. A. M. , un hecho importante es admitido.
Esta admisión puede el aumento de la tasa de lesiones de vacunas explicar específicamente la vacunación contra el sarampión y cómo y por qué particularmente esta vacuna provoca cada vez más autista.

La vacunación contra el sarampión es no sólo inútil, sino especialmente dañina!
Vacunas, basadas en la mala investigación, cientos de mundo de miles de niños han hecho daño.
¿Debe ser la ciencia?
¿Vacuna contra el sarampión es más peligroso que el sarampión sí mismo: evita la inmunidad y puede causar difusión e incluso brotes de la enfermedad en lugar de prevenirlos para imponer artificialmente creado para histeria de vacunación obligatoria contra el sarampión?
¿Los registros históricos confirman: en 10 años, la mortalidad debida al sarampión en los Estados Unidos, pero cerca de 100 muertes por la vacuna contra el sarampión, las vacunas cero transfieren la enfermedad?
Completamente vacunado y todavía mal 85 por ciento de los niños contra el sarampión la Sra. Prof. M. ha admitido que el "virus del sarampión" contiene componentes típicos propios de la célula (ribosomas, fábricas de la proteína de la célula).
Puesto que la vacuna contra el sarampión consiste en 'todos los virus de sarampión', esta vacuna contiene sus propias estructuras celulares.
Esto explica por qué la vacuna contra el sarampión causa más frecuentes y más fuertes alergias y reacciones autoinmunes como otras vacunas.
El Tribunal experto Prof. P. declaró varias veces que con la demanda del RKI a los ribosomas en el virus del sarampión, la existencia de las denuncias de un virus del sarampión son refutadas.
El procedimiento fue también en el registro que la máxima autoridad científica alemana en el campo de las enfermedades infecciosas, RKI, contrario a su mandato legal en la infección de la sección 4 acto de la protección (IfSG) no, las investigaciones sobre el virus del sarampión alegado crear y publicar. El RKI dijo que ha hecho las investigaciones internas para el virus del sarampión, pero se niega a entregar los resultados o para publicar.
