Picnic in the Park! Get Outside for a Treat! ❣️💃

How often do you get outside? When I was in public school, we used to beg our teachers to let us go outside (especially) if it was a nice day! Unfortunately, fact of the matter is we're stuck inside A LOT and that's quite depressing, isn't it? It's effectively having us become more and more detached from nature and we can't have that, can we? 🌱🤔 So, how about you trade your cubicle for lunch break and have a sit in the park with some packed up (vegan) delights?! 😉 I stocked up on my delicious multi course meal at Planet Organic here in London! Coconut yogurt, fresh figs, sandwich materials including avocado, vegan cheese, Veganaise, cute cherry tomatoes and even some vegan "tuna" sushi burrito (by a really cool company- see the last photo!) Don't forget the avocado chocolate mousse to finish it off! There's a world of possibilities at your local stores, healthy options are only getting easier to come by! Take some food to go with you, lay it all out and enjoy the sounds around you, people watch, catch some sun, breathe in some outdoor air and just connect to this planet we're all living on! it's a wonderful place and this is an excellent way to feel some inner peace and tranquility! 💓 Enjoy!
