How to Know When to Take a Rest Day

In the pursuit of our daily bread, so many people have been passing through a lot which might have been contributing to stress one way or the other. This is the reason why we need to strike a balance in whatever we do so as not to overwork the body.

If you continue to overwork yourself without giving your body sufficient rest, it can lead to fatigue, a decrease in your daily performance, lack of interest, lack of motivation and other health-related issues which is detrimental to your health on the long run.

To avoid over above listed, you need to know when you are stressing your body. You can know this when you begin to experience symptoms such as anxiety, decreased performance, lack of sleep, decreased appetite, lack of focus, dizziness, lack of motivation etc

When you begin to experience these symptoms, it is advisable to step back a bit and take a long rest for a day(s) or weeks. If symptoms continue, then you should go see the doctor. Always remember, "health is wealth".
