Be Happy!
To be happy means to be in a state of extreme joyfulness.
We are the owners of our happiness and not people or things. Never allow people to determine when and where to be happy. Yes envious people still exist in this world who don't want you to be happy at all in life but you must do everything to show and tell them that they don't own your happiness.
I have come to discover that happiness is a choice we must make. It's in your power to decide if you want to be happy or not and the choice you make determines to a large extent the good or bad that will come your way.
I have also realized that being happy is medicinal and saves us a lot of stress and pains. In fact I can boldly say that it takes more energy to be unhappy than when you are you are happy. And one's state of happiness or unhappiness also affects the person's health.
Also when one is unhappy, it makes a person so hungry to eat but appetite to eat anything but when you are happy there will be appetite to eat to one's satisfaction.
So let's decide our own happiness and not people. Let's try to be happy at all times even when life, people or things wants to keep us in a state of unhappiness!
