3 Must Read Reasons You Need to Quit Now!

When is giving up stupid or a wise decision ?? We have all been there,whereby we have done something for a while and it seems not to be shifting and we are faced with a decision to either quit or continue

It's really fascinating how we sometimes get stuck in what to do next between giving up or pushing further!

The decision that comes out of that struggle between giving up and continuing through is really a hard one.

People start or give up on endeavours day in day out.Which kind of person are you among the two....giving up or continuing or even a mixture of the two hehehe.

I remember when I first joined my first Network Marketing company,things were moving well then boom!

I expect you to guess the content of this paragragh!!! Ok let me save you the guesswork,i quit after some time!

I brought this personal example above so that we can easily discuss this topic of when to give up or continue!

I see people daily get stuck in endeavors that they should not be in.I can assure you that one of this is boring jobs!

I can also tell you that there is a vast majority of people who keep jumping from one job to another!

Those last two paragraphs might now be confusing you hehehe.In both cases i have the condemned the actions.

When is It Wise to Quit!

I have to admit that there comes a time when it's more sensible than to continue.
The decision to quit will be helpful in the long run.

1. When You Don't See Progress

This is supposed to be common sense,but as they always say...it ain't common.

This one is tricky folks,let me put it simply here.

If you don't see tangible results in a long period of time....it's better to change or quit!

You might be asking how long that time is,may be a year or year and half!

I once heard Jim Rohn saying that

Results is the name of the game

If you don't have results in a long time with your consistent activity then quit!

I should also say that,you should not just expect results without putting in efforts.There are a majority of people who don't work, but only pray and expect results!!!

I remember in my first Network Marketing company as i said above,i evaluated myself and saw it fit to quit.I have to tell you that many other guys were making the money!!!

2. You feel more frustrated than happy

We have always been told that success is just near the corner so don't give up! This is really true and I cannot advice anyone to quit.

I have to tell you also that there are times when frustration overwhelms you whereby the best logical d decision is to quit!

Have you seen people in abusive relationships,dead end jobs,frustrating businesses and you felt like telling them that the best thing they can do is quit!

I have realised that many times people tend not to give up even in these clear frustrating scenarios because of ego!!!!

People stick to abusive relationships just because of what people will say if they quit...fuck what people say!!!! It's your damn life and not theirs.

This point is related to the one above of no progress.You can be a good wife,husband,be/gf or businessperson wanting to salvage your relationship or business, but it's not all working out.

As i said above,you need to self evaluate the scenario at hand(self evaluation doesn't come easy....it's not taught in schools!!!)

This self evaluation thing should come as common sense.I guess it's stupid to be frustrated for a year just in the name of ego!!

It's appalling to note that the vast majority of human beings live life through frustration almost all their lives.They fear to make that decision of quitting !

3. You are Breaking Down Mentally

I am sure you have read of the current cases of suicides! There are many reasons people commit suicides, but among them might be refusing to give up on that thing taking a toll on their lives!

Do you think you could live a better life if you did something else?

If whatever you are doing is making you have double thoughts,it's high time you quit.
Have you ever thought of living a better life without that job,spouse,bf/gf ????

There are times when what we do affect us to extent of us experiencing mental breakdowns. We again remain in this scenarios because of ego.Go live life !!

If you are experiencing any of the above reasons then it's high time you quit that whatever you are doing and look for something else!

There are also people who will quit just in front of small opposition or challenge! You should not quit so early though on a worthy project.

You need self analysis of the cons and pros of quitting that endeavour.If the advantages I quitting are many then do it asap!!

We are here on earth for a short time,so don't allow some things stress you .Love life to the fullest.

I do not mean that you should start quitting things day in day out! Have a self analysis and make a calculated move.

If it's worth quitting then go ahead and quit and do something enjoyable or productive.

I would not advice anyone to quit Steemit though if you have not yet spent a year here hehehe.
