How to Familiarize Yourself Always Optimistic

You can instill an optimistic habit by disciplining yourself to think only and talk about what you want, and to keep your thoughts and words from what you do not want.

You can be an optimist, constantly thinking about what actions can be done immediately, so that all important targets can be achieved. The more busy you are to pursue the target, the more energized and enthusiastic you are.

The more busy you are in pursuing all your dreams and hopes, the sooner you will move forward, the more you can accomplish, and the happier you will end up feeling.

Earl Nightingale once wrote that, "Happiness is a progressive realization of a worthy ideal."

As you work from time to time, day after day toward achieving something important and valuable, your brain will continue to drain endhorpin enzymes that give you a feeling of joy and happiness. So you feel more positive, creative, more energetic and enthusiastic.

These positive feelings act as rewards or rewards, which motivate you to keep thinking and perform actions that move you to progress faster, toward achieving all your dreams, goals, and expectations.

Results-Oriented

The optimist is very different from the pessimist. Optimists have a series of "orientations" or general trends of thought that make them different from the average person.

This orientation then becomes a habit, which will spur them toward success and happiness. And just like all other habits, this way of thinking can be learned through practice and repetition.

Thinking about the Future

The first way of thinking trained by optimists is future-oriented, those accustomed to "wishful thinking."

In this fantasy process, you keep your mind away from the current situation, then imagine a perfect future for yourself, whether in business, finance, family, health, or any other field.

You fantasize as if you have a "magic wand," which can realize your ideal vision of the future. Instead of feeling troubled and drowned in all the problems at hand, you ask yourself, "What is my ideal goal, get, or do in the future?"

Then you get used to practicing thinking "back from the future." That is, after imagining an ideal future, you go back to the present and ask yourself, "What should I do, from now on, for the ideal future as it can be realized?"

After that, you get used to having a "long-term perspective." Instead of focusing only on the present, and actions that only give momentary satisfaction, you turn your mind to the future, to find out what you want, and where you are going.

The clearer the image of the future you want to make, the better and more accurate you are in making decisions right now. When imagining and training long-term thinking, you are better able to set better targets and priorities in your daily life.

Thinking about the Targets

Target oriented is a quality or second way of thinking that is trained by optimistic and successful people. After getting a clear picture of the future, they turn it into a detailed, specific, and measurable target.

Successful people get used to making strategic planning. They compile a list of targets they want to achieve in the short, medium, and long term. Then, use the seven step targeting methodologies, to arrange the actions that will be done every day.

When you are used to setting targets and planning, it will feel natural, just like breathing. By following a proven process in goal setting, then your chances of achieving it are increased by 1000% or more.

It is not just a theory, it has been proven. In February 2003, USA Today reported a study of people who had previously set New Year's Resolutions a year earlier.

They found that of the people who had set the New Year's Resolutions, but did not write them down, only 4% actually did. But from those who wrote it, 46% did it. That means a difference of 1100% in the success rate.
