Today
@joordanzzz was practicing with the reserve team which means this is his next best step to move up to in order to become a professional soccer (football player).
The reserve FAS team is the Santa Ana younger team which moves right into the FAS professional team.
This is the team
@joordanzzz would like to train with and for the two days they had the practice together which included playing game against the reserve team.
@Joordanzzz team did actually pretty impressive job today playing against the reserve team.
Doing the warm-up and stretching. You can also see the kiddies pool out there and that is for the hurt/injured/sore players to sit in with huge chunks of ice and water.
The only hard part was that the practice is during the hottest time of the day since it is from 12-2pm with no shade and this is the reserve teams daily schedule.
The reserve team has is also treated like a professional team since they have their own physiotherapist daily with them, 2 coaches and extra person who brings all the equipment and water and drinks etc.
While
@joordanzzz was having his practice I would do my run and then walk around the track while watching the practice. It was super hot, which was challenging but at least I will sleep much better tonight.
Right now
@joordanzzz team is playing for the semifinals which includes two games with the same team, which we won the first game last weekend and on Sunday we have the second game and if we win we move to the finals.

That is a very good thing that @joordanzzz has a team for his football game to ply with. Being active will surely pay off with his health @joalvarez because football does a lot of cardio workout.
I totally agree with you dear friend. Being active is so, so important for our well being.
What a view! I love the hill in the background. I can only imagine how it is to have a practice while it's hot and there is no shade.
