Be happy, healthy & wealthy

in #life6 years ago

Some people are meant to be in this world to inspire and help others, and sometimes our job is to accept advice and act in order to grow.

Here are some advices from the Russian writer Vadim Zeland that will help you be healthier, happier and wealthier.

  1. Miracles will happen when you will stop thinking about ways to reach your goal, and you will start thinking about the goal itself.

  2. Be glad when a negative situation happens. This masochism has a purifying role, because it will help you find something good in any situation.

  3. When you’ll stop wishing and you’ll start acting, your dreams will come true.

  4. It’s really difficult, but also really important to learn how to be patient. In every negative situation, react with a pause that you will use to calm yourself down.

  5. When you have a negative attitude towards life, you are projecting these emotions on it, and they will later reflect in your destiny.

  6. You need to be authentic and to accept all of your flaws. But, at the same time, allow others to be themselves, don’t constrain them and don’t try to change them. That’s how you won’t be disappointed because of false expectations.

  7. Your reality is created by yourself. What you will draw, you will see. The issue is that people proceed otherwise. What they see, they project in their lives.

  8. If you have the sensation that you are not like the others, or that society isn’t functioning in an adequate way, it means that you’re starting to be aware of what’s happening around you.

  9. If you’ll constantly visualize in your head what you want, sooner or later it will materialize. Not only you depend on reality, reality is also built in relation with you.

  10. The biggest mistake you could make is to be deceived by your own life.

You shouldn’t think that you’re a loser, being dominated by regrets. Nothing happens without a reason and it’s never too late to do something about it.

Great list. Resteemed and upvoted!

Patience is what I think most people lack. I have to admit I lack that myself sometimes. But when it comes to economy and taking time to learn things it is vital. People for instance expect to earn on Steemit after 1 month or even a only 6 months. I would much rather look at it as an investment of your time to build an audience and meet people and interact, and IF your content do finally become good enough you could perhaps earn a small income (or large, depending on how well you develop) I'm btw glad we don't earn much here (except for those who have the money to rape the pool) as there is nothing "real" that gives you money constantly over time without much of an effort. Effort is the constant that equals money.

Same with health and all other aspects of life. People want it to happen NOW. Instead take your expectations down a little bit. Accept that your belly will be there in one month, that your panic attacks will still be there for a year or more. But taking those baby steps and then getting used to doing it every day, over and over again - priming yourself and changing yourself. After a year or two you won't even recognize yourself.

Lower your expectations and just DO - every day. Then one day you'll look in the mirror and realize that the change was more dramatic than you could ever dream of.

Quite right. Thanks for resteeming this one, it's very true. What I enjoy the most are the one or two points that I DON'T recognise or relate to. That means that maybe those are my weak spots and I can work on them.

I probably have a negativity issue that needs work. I could deny it, but I would be better off trying to address it.

Patience IS difficult. But combined with hard work, it should be worth the wait at the end of the day.

And here I was yesterday evening wondering how this post from @jwolf came to be in my feed... You're responsible, @scandinavianlife!! Thanks for that resteem! :-)

Thanks man! Glad to find and share value :)

Thank you for a great post, @jwolf! I don't really know how you got into my feed, but I'm glad you did :-) I have a preference for two kind of posts: the uplifting kind, and the kind that tickles the intellect, challenges us to maybe see things from a different perspective.

This is clearly an uplifting post, not only because of the message itself, but also, and maybe even more so, because of the clearly good intentions by which this message was motivated.

Allow me, however, to add something to your 7th point:

Your reality is created by yourself. What you will draw, you will see. The issue is that people proceed otherwise. What they see, they project in their lives.

My reality is not made by myself, and that is a good thing. It's true that each of us has their own version of whatever reality is out there in their mind's eye, but only where both or all our versions agree can we speak of the reality. We, in other words don't create or own private realities, we create a shared reality together in which we are all responsible for that reality.

Please don't take that as being fatalistic. We are the proverbial "drop in the ocean", but what else is an ocean but a giant collection of drops..?

If you would like to read another uplifting post in which the way consciousness hallucinates reality is better explained, you should read a previous post of mine called "Science vs. Buddhism". I won't link it as to not "overstay my welcome", so to speak :-)

Thanks once again, @jwolf, for a great, thought-provoking and uplifting post :-)

If u dont lose hope and do a hard struggle then a miracle is possible.

There is a proverb ," Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy and wealthy and also makes him happy also."
I appreciate to your post @jwolf
Thanks for your valuable post .

health is wealth..try to keep in your health fit

These ten points are what I needed to read today. I have been inconsistent on steemit. And I am trying to achieve my constancy but I am failing at it, because some of my posts didn't receive as much votes as others. And it's kinda disappointing. Your post made me feel a little better. Thank you. :)

Good way to help one start a new week. Thanks for sharing

Health brings happiness and happiness brings wealth!! It's really great to stay motivated and reading your daily posts..

" If you’ll constantly visualize in your head what you want, sooner or later it will materialize "

That always sounds a little strange for some people, by the way, this is actually exact.

inspiring motivational post.
i have a similar page @inspiredtolife with powerful motivational poems and stories too.

thanks
