Healthy habits

The biggest challenge we can acquire, in a society dominated by stress and bad eating habits, by the rush and the irresponsible consumption of prepared food, is to commit ourselves to our health. Betting on a healthier and better quality life is a win-win bet.

A healthy, Mediterranean diet, resting the necessary hours, fighting stress with sports or relaxation techniques are the necessary pillars to maintain a healthy and balanced life. As the age advances, the risks that put our quality of life at risk also increase.

Adopting adequate habits to maintain our body and mind in a healthy way, depends in good part on the personal commitment with oneself and the will to live in a balanced way. Do cardiovascular exercise at least 30 minutes at least 4 or 5 times per week; walking and running do not need gyms or specific schedules. It integrates healthy foods in the habitual diet, because the foods directly affect the health of the heart, weight, blood sugar and cholesterol: vegetables, fruits, legumes, cereals, nuts and seeds, fish, white meats.

Rest and sleep sufficient hours (6 hours minimum) for the body to recover from the wear and tear of the day and to remove fatigue, physical and mental that can paralyze us and seriously damage our health.

Accept the challenge of life: to win years to life with the best possible quality. Will, commitment and listening to our body are our best allies.
