ANOTHER FAST DAY, BEING REALLY STRICT WITH MYSELF AND FILLING UP WITH GALLONS OF WATER.

Today is another fast day, today I am being extra strict on what i put in my mouth, at the end of the day its my fault for letting things get so bad so something has to be done and i have to be strict until i get over this plateau.

I am making sure i drink a lot of water, 3 litres of cold filtered water to help flush my system out and keep me feeling fuller. I usually try to stick around 500 calories on a fasting day but i have been stuck at a weight without moving so want to see if i can give my body a little shock into moving a few extra pounds. I am fed up of seeing 15st 6lbs on the scales, its is a lot better than the 18st 10lbs from when i started.

Today i am concentrating on my water intake as i can get rather forgetful about drinking, some days i can go to bed then realise all i have had all day is 1 cup of coffee, which is nowhere near enough. So far i have drank around 21/2 litres, I am well on the way to drowning...

I have not had anything eat until 6.30 tonight i had a bowl of :
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Pomegranete Seeds
Creme Fraiche

I have finished on 250 calories, and a reservoir of water, looks like i will be spending the night peeing, sorry to much information. Tomorrow i will stick to my TDEE Total Daily Energy Expenditure of 1935 calories.

Add you Sex, Age, Height, Weight then click your activity level, This will workout your daily allowance. Sticking to your TDEE for 5 days then 2 days of 500 calories. I will have my last fast of the week on Monday then get weighed on Tuesday morning, hopefully the scales will be in a good mood or they will be going out of my bedroom window.

Hang in there @karenb54 if it stresses you out the weight will be more difficult to shift, that bowl of fruit looks so appetising, also thanks for sharing that calculator its much simpler then many of the others I have used.

I find the only way I can get through my water is to fill the bottles first thing in the morning (or even better, the night before) and have them sitting in front of me all day. I also have a rough idea of when I need to empty each bottle by, to get through it.

It helps to have my bottle filled and sat next to me, luckily my fridge holds a 3 litre filter than i fill every night then try to empty it through the day, sometimes i forget.. might have to start an alarm on my phone every 10 minutes lol

You have so much self control and determination I just know you will succeed. I have to say, your bowl of fruit makes my mouth water. Pure deliciousness!

oh that sounds divine! That should make you feel pretty darned good :D

It did but then finished the day with fruit and creme fraiche :)
