GOT MY LIST IN HAND, BACK ON PLAN WITH GOOD RESULTS ON THE SCALES.

I am in an amazingly good mood after getting great results from being weighed this morning.

I weighed myself on Tuesday the beginning of the week for the plan I'm on. I had put on 2lbs, i was gutted as have been doing really well until Nichola's 21st birthday celebrations.

I made sure this week i would go back to the basics. I finished my 1st fast of the week yesterday ending on 450 calories.

This morning i got onto the scales to find a big drop. I am so happy that I'm back on track.

Aslong as i get through the weekend following the basics then finish my last fast on Monday eating no more than 500 calories this happy mood will continue.

Today i started with a 2 egg cheese omelette with a cup of coffee.

I am out this afternoon with hubby, we are taking my old laptop into the shop to get sorted out. I pay an insurance on it every month. Hopefully i may get a new updated laptop as it is a few years old. This will take my mind off food for a few hours. We are also going shopping when i can plan something for my tea and plan for Saturday & Sunday. I have stopped planning my meals which has made me run out of my ingredients. Back on plan with a motivated outlook from now on.

Glad you are back on the plan again, but don't ever feel bad of getting off for a while, since I think it is also good to do that especially when your body is calling for it.
I always let my body have some fun sometimes especially special occassions like birthdays or Christmas etc and then I just either have to work out a bit more when I need to, but your body does need to enjoy sometimes and we can't be strict all the time of what we eat because I think restricting ourselves only backfires.

You are so right, i can't stop all the good times to stick on plan as will then get bored. I've had my fun now back on plan until Christmas fun :)

Good job for getting back on track. I'm enjoying your results with you! I'm on the same journey, having lost 35 lbs since April, but the week of Thanksgiving feasting has caused a set back. All you can do is not beat yourself up over it and get back on track, like you have done. Keep up the good work, and I wish you continued success!
