PLANS FOR MY WEEKEND, GOOD RESULT ON THE SCALES WITH PLANS TO GET BACK ON PLAN 100% NEXT WEEK.

Back on the scales again today, just to check i am on the right path doing the plan right, or as right as it can be. I haven't had a fast this week as i am back to following The 800 Fast that's 2 weeks of 800 calories a day. This is the recently updated version of Michael Mosley's The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet.

Before Christmas i was 15st 3lbs, I put on 3lbs over Christmas which was nowhere near as bad as i thought it would be. Today i am back down to 15st 4lbs 1 more lbs off them i am back to where i was. Fingers crossed weigh in on Monday is a good one.

Weekend Plans

We had plans last week to go out for drinks on Saturday night to celebrate hubby's 50th birthday, we had to cancel due to illness, we put it back to this week. Unfortunately there are some who are still ill but Me, Hubby, Nichola, his Mum & Aunt are still going.

I won't be having a drink this weekend as i will be doing the driving, just hope the pain eases in time. I also don't want to cheat to much as weigh in is Monday morning, if I put on i will be gutted. We don't want to put it back again as its not really fair on hubby. A few hours out will do us all good. Once this outing is over with nothing else is planned for a few months so that's straight back on plan with no distractions.

Plans for next week, I need to do some bulk cooking, enough to last a few days so no reason to be tempted to cheat. I am also going to try a few of the recipes out of the new book.The all i have to do is wait for THE WHOOSH.

The fat cells fill up with water and hold for a few more day's, that makes alot of sense as to why it's so difficult to sometimes see any improvements.

It does make sense, I need a whoosh to motivate me more :)
