I am going to talk about breasts, boobs, titties.. whatever you want to call them. Men love them, the bigger the better on some cases. Now I'm going to turn you off them as now you have to think about old ladies boobies.
I've never been a big fan of boobs. Especially once i stopped doing gymnastics they seemed to grow and never stopped until i asked my Dr to chop them off. Ok that's one way of saying "give me a reduction."
Anyway 20 years later those boobies are still causing me problems. I have an appointment at the breast clinic after having 2 bouts of mastitis. As if i need anymore pain, my boobs think i do. I'm onto my 2nd dose of antibiotics. The most horrible antibiotics i have ever taken, there massive and if you don't eat with them you get crippling heartburn. I have to take 4 x a day.
I have to be at Newcastle Hospital for 9.05 next Wednesday morning to see a specialist for tests then hang around for 3 hours waiting for the results.
I have been told off everyone don't worry it will be fine. I know there only saying that to comfort me. I have also heard you have no need to worry as cancer doesn't hurt but after reading up on that i have found No the lump may not hurt but the tissue around it could.
I'm not to concerned at the moment as i had a mammogram last year getting the all clear plus i can't feel a lump and the last round of antibiotics cleared it up for a month so theres a real good chance it can be sorted. Maybe the antibiotics i am on aren't the right one for this infection.
What i would like to say to every woman out there please check your breasts every month. Amy changes get it checked, if your unsure about something get it checked. Doesn't matter how small you may think the problem is still get it checked.

Good to check every month. You never know. I found a lump about 25 years ago and went straight away for a biopsy. Turned out that it was just a cyst and it was drained. I haven't had any problems since then, but it is always in the back of my mind to check.
Glad it was easily sorted. I found one a few years ago luckily out was only scary tissue from my reduction, still a worrying time.

Breast health is so important! My aunt had it twice and it eventually killed her, even after a double mastectomy.
