Stop pretending to be happy!

Often a person hides his sadness by pretending to be happy in front of others. Even lying to himself by saying fine, even though many things that make him hurt. Grieving is not something that breaks the rules. Sad and happy like an opposite pole that must be maintained balance.

Both can not be chosen to make your life more balanced. Happiness does not continue to exist in your life, neither does sadness. So, if one day you suddenly feel hurt, no need to cover up the wound by pretending to be happy. This can actually make you hurt.

Be honest with yourself, and the people around you. Some people often choose to pretend to be happy with the excuse of not wanting to make others worry. Then what about you? Do you pretend to be happy by feeling happy? If pretending and covering up your sadness is the way you are happy, just do it.

However, if the pretense tortures you slowly, why continue to let it continue to ruin your own happiness? Try to express your condition, at least to yourself. If you feel unhappy, tell yourself that you are not feeling well. Don't let you bear it to your heart and mind, express it out and let you feel relieved.

It's not your fault if you have to be sad for a while. Everyone has the same right to sadness and happiness. Use it naturally, if you really want to be sad about the problem or event that happened, be sad. Nothing wrong with shut up for a while in the room or limit yourself to not interact with certain people who triggered your sadness.

No need to feel guilty about the people around you or yourself when you cry. Cry if you want to cry, show your happy smile when you really feel better and happier. Someone has no right to judge you for your attitude. Believe, that sadness is like happiness that is impermanent.

Accept the sadness and hurt that you experience because it only lasts a while. You will feel happy again after this. If you get used to not pretending to be happy, that's where happiness actually starts to grow. Feeling calm, relieved because of honesty, peace because nothing is covered is a source of happiness that will continue to grow as you begin to rise from the sadness you experience.

Whatever problems you are facing and make you hurt, sad, even want to cry, overflowing those feelings as they are. No more deceiving yourself by pretending to be happy. Be truly happy, not pretend to be happy.

An example of this is social media where people only show you a snapshot of there happiest and best times. Followers begin to think this is the reality and try to copy this.

If you follow people on Instagram, for example, to closely it will ruin you.
