Keeping Fit Journey

Wanted to quantify my fitness progress through some gadgets which drives me to make the decision to purchase these two XiaoMi Band 3 for me and @enjiliew. Get these two from Shopee which was relatively cheaper as I get some vouchers and the delivery was fast too, within a week.

First try to wear it and did some workout. To my surprise, the recording was good and detailed with the analytical data of how much I went through intense work out and into the state of anaerobic. Overall, I’m satisfy with the outcome and I think I will do a report card from time to time every time I done my workout. This would drive me to do more and keep track on my fitness training. For me, I would like to hit 68kg by end of this year while my current weight fluctuate in an average of 73kg. So there are work to be done and by collecting such data, it drives me to work out efficiently.

Well, the next proper workout start tomorrow morning. Let’s see how I can get this shit done! @davidke20 also working out hard to keep fit 😎 this inspired me a lot!
