How Do You Wake Up?
Waking up has so much to do with how your day is going to go. This doesn't mean you have to wake up absolutely full of energy and ready to dominate the world.
It usually starts with one good decision. And then another good decision. Pretty soon, you've started your day by making a bunch of good decisions that can get your day off to an amazing start and lead to even more success. Humans are momentum creatures.
Here are a couple ideas for a good morning
-Make your bed. It helps to be clean and organized and you'll feel better
-Do some push-ups. Go for a run. Do something physical and active to wake your body up
-Read
-Write
-Meditate
AND DON'T FORGET TO DRINK WATER :)
