The End of the Tunnel, There's Light: It is Up to You to Choose to Stay or Go Forth Where the Light is.

Hi Steemians, I hope you are all well and dandy!

I have been totally silent for more than 48 hours as I do have a lot of things to write about; but also at the same time I have too many things I can write about to the point that I got stuck with overloaded information . haha.

But today, I would like to share you this picture that I have so wanted to share it when I was searching my way out of University Hospital of Malaysia during Jansen's hospitalisation.

This long stretch of corridors from one wing to another does give a certain eerie feeling especially when the lights starts to shut off around us. Especially when most of the lights were shut and let a scarce few lights on between a fair amount of distance, bright enough to see your way; but not bright enough to light up the entire hallway.

(Most likely to save cost)

But isn't this interesting? That when you realise that things are closing and darkening around you, you felt either fear or eerie-ness creep in under your skin? You'd try to get out to the light as fast as you can but some of the time you feel that the light at the end of the tunnel seems to take forever to arrive?

And when you finally get to step into the bright tunnel you will have that sense of relief?

In our journey of life, nothing is dandy 24/7 from the day you're born till the day you complete the journey .
(If you so happen to be one of them, then my blessings and congratulations to you! You are one of a kind)

Most of the time, our live is like this walkway; there are times where you have great lights supporting around, and there are also times when you hardly have any visual but you could still make way through the dark tunnel with a bit of guided lights.

And when you realise that your darken hallway has become a long tunnel, you can either choose to concentrate at the bright light at the end or you choose to stay in the darkness.

Just this morning I have received 2 news from my close friends and teammates from Steemit.

There are 2 steemians in here who are going through a challenging hallway.

Although both are totally 2 different scenarios, but both are challenged to face it.

One decides to allow darkness to creep in and overtake him and turn into something he thinks he's best in, although there was one season in his life he was shown the goodness of life and great potential that is in front of him; yet he chose to revert back to his old ways.

I do not know why he chose that after he tried so hard to be a better person, but what I could see is that he seemed to have given up and embrace a life that does nothing that leaving trails of hurt and disaster of others.

But I truly hope that forgiveness and repentance could still come to his life, and realise the damage; but it is not the end of the world.

Another one is because she is so full of life (as far as I have known her), even the most recent challenge she faced, with her mom suddenly hospitalised early in the morning, she chose to stay focus even though she might be a little all over the place. The spirit of not giving up and fighting on that comes from the very faith she carries in her, is the light that keeps her burning strong; despite of darkness (trails) of life started cracking in since late last night.

This is a true inspiration of Strength of a true and pure soul.

And that is no other than @khimgoh , who is currently going through a hard time with her mom hospitalised and is suffering pneumonia.

Her mother is a SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) patient and that means whenever it strikes, pain and internal organs unable to function can be a constant torture.

Yet despite of all the challenges, @khimgoh never gave up being a blessing to the community, both for #teammalaysia and #steemitmamas where she still plans to go all out to support these 2 community as much as she can.

This is when you know there's a soul who is a fighter

And a great woman of faith that surrender is not in her dictionary.

So if you so happen to bump into this post of mine and would love to support her in her hard journey, why not putting an upvote here (or any of her recent posts - since she is doing 200 days challenge still), resteem it (for #prayer-request) and keep her in thoughts and prayers?

This post's SBD will be some fuel for her to power up to keep supporting the community; hopefully there will be some good value fetched for her. She has been using her own money to invest and she's a great blessing to #teammalaysia as one of the main exchanges for #dses lifestyle.

This is us during one of our #teammalaysia outings: The marathon Durian, Bak Ku Teh and Dessert meetup this year.
(I didn't go for the durian run as my candidiasis infection has just ended)

Until then, I hope this post gives you strength not to give up in life when times are hard. There's always light at the end of a tunnel

Until then

Totally agree on how you describe the vibrant @khimgoh. It is like she is undefeated! That spirit is so inspiring. Another thing I so admire about her is how she multitasks!!!! 💕 really kudos to all that you have done and laid down. Now good health and healing from Heaven to manifest on your mom and strength for you to be by her side in this time!!!

Yes she does! And with Capati and Murtabak running around, she is a super mom with such a loving supportive husband backing her up too.

Now good health and healing from Heaven to manifest on your mom and strength for you to be by her side in this time!!!
And Amen to that! When 2 or 3 are gathered in His name, He is among us!

Yeah she is a great mom too!! :) let's hope and pray things get better for her mom!

Yes there is always light at the end of the tunnel. And such beautiful write up for @khimgoh. She is indeed a superwoman! Actually you are too!. I wonder how you two manage to achieve so many things, as though you all have hands like octopus.

God's grace be on you two sisters in Christ as you take care of family and also communities here in Steemit ;)

Yeah @littlenewthings is awesome @iamjadeline she is so selfless like Christ. So practical and yet loving! God enables! :)

Aw you ladies are too sweet. You are the super moms! I wouldn't be able to imagine how I will be able to handle like what you both do. I won't be able to juggle with the addition of kids that requires 24/7 commitment like you both can (which I realised you both hardly sleeps! @iamjadeline and @khimgoh )

Thank you Jess! Love you heaps for all the encouragement and help with the new server. Thank you for being a wonderful friend and sister in Christ! Matcha latte? We can TKSS more! HUGS! I am so glad to have met you. You are a wonderful blessing to everyone around you.

Oh, helping out at the new server is just peanuts compared what you have to juggle through until your siblings are back to help out.
I know how that feels when my mom was hospitalised for 2 weeks and was in critical for a hours. Rest in Him as you continue to push forth looking after your mom.
We are here for you and keeping you in prayers.

And you ARE an inspiration bubbly of life! So I pray that the light in you never dims!

BIG HUGS

Wow! This is so kind of you @littlenewthings. I do hope your mom get well soon @khimgoh.

Hopefully we can get more organic votes then I can send the payout for her later.

Truly agreed with this, we will never be smooth in our whole life, challenges will come all the time to tested us. But I believe He will lead us to the right path.

Great write up @littlenewthings

To @khimgoh, all prayers to your family and your mum. Hoping your mum will be recover very soon.

It is so interesting to see that many in the world stage thinks Believers of Christ will usually get a bed of roses all line up on them to walk on the moment they were born again ; but the true fact is that it is the exact opposite experience but from there we became stronger human beings.

Thank you so much for your visit to this post and your prayers for @khimgoh's mum. @karinzdailygrind and I went to visit her mom at HUKM yesterday evening and we are really happy that she's progressing well.

@littlenewthings Very touching read. I agree with you here, I feel the same .

I do have a lot of things to write about; but also at the same time I have too many things I can write about to the point that I got stuck with overloaded information .

Keep writing and sharing!

Thank you so much for your kind words @starjewel !

Thank you @littlenewthings for sharing with us this story of @khimgoh.

Prayers to your mum's health and hope she will have a speedy recovery @khimgoh. I understand how your mum's going through and the worries you are facing. I have SLE myself, it's a constant fear of not knowing when and where it will attack and when it happens, it's not a pleasant situation to handle. I hope everything will be fine soon.

Oh wow @roselifecoach you are also an SLE patient!? Didn't know that. Thank you for sharing this, I really appreciate it. Mum has had it for a while now. Hope to be able to catch up with you and chat a bit more. Would love to connect as I have recently started to want learn more about it and understand to see if there are other ways to improve her quality of life.

I had the first attack back in 2012, been on meds since, just make sure to do regular check up and any inordinate pain must refer to doctor, we can still eat as normal of cos. If want to be healthy, just take some supplements to help boost it that's all
