Why do I Love to Surf?

No matter their origin or their belief, being at sea is allowed for all, and for free.

Surfing is good for health: it improves your fitness, strengthens your abdomen, shoulders, legs and even ankles.

Being in the midst of nature and breathing clean air is important. Nature is part of us and to enjoy it is a gift.



Realizing that it is the ocean that commands us makes us more calm and humble. In it we are all equal.

Balance, patience, persistence, physical and mental strength. It is one of the most complete sports.

Plus, if the waves are good, it's the only thing that makes me wake up early happy.
