WILL WE BE BORN AGAIN?

After the recent death of my elderly father, I have asked myself several times, where my dear old man has gone. I know where his body is buried, but what about his soul? Your spirit, where is it?

Is it possible that on the other side are beloved people waiting for us who left this world? Or is it simply his destiny to reincarnate in another body when time is right? Do people have past lives? Is it possible to reincarnate? These are questions that, possibly, many of you have also done at some time.

Possibly, most of us have little knowledge about these topics, which are usually studied in Indian philosophy or in esoteric and paranormal areas, but, undoubtedly, attract more and more followers, in favor and against , even though the arguments of both sides can only be focused or validated in the stories of the people and nothing else.

Two of those stories have powerfully attracted my attention by investigating these issues. Although I admit that I found many more. The first of these is the case of a 3-year-old boy, who lived near the border between Syria and Israel, who, to everyone's surprise, remembered his past life, identified his murderer and the location of his body. Without a doubt, an exceptional case.

The boy told the elders of his village that he had been killed by a blow to the head with an ax in his previous life. He recounted where his body was buried, and the murder weapon, as well as the name of his murderer.

In fact, the body was found in the place indicated by the child, who had an ax wound on his head. The murderer could also be located who confessed that, in fact, he had done it.

The amazing story of this child was witnessed by Dr. Eli Lasch, known for his medical work in Gaza, who studied the case and was interested in relating it to the world, through various means.

How could the child know where his body was buried after his death? How was he able to recognize his murderer and details of his previous life? Is there reincarnation?

Another surprising case was that of Lucas, 2 years old. As soon as he started talking, he told his parents in Ohio about his past life.

She told them that "before" she had black hair and that she was a colored woman named Pam. That he had died in a fire in Chicago, when, trying to escape the burning building, he jumped out of a window.

The parents, at first remained skeptical, but at the insistence of Lucas, decided to investigate about a fire that had occurred in the city of Chicago in recent years. To their surprise they found that, in fact, in 1993 there had been a fire at the Paxton Hotel in that city, in which an African-American woman by the name of Pam Robinson had died when jumping from a window.

The surprised parents decided to make a final, more conclusive test about the case. They printed several photographs of various African-American women, including Pam Robinson. Little Lucas, after seeing them all, without hesitation, pointed to the picture of Pam saying ... "that's Pam". This time there was no doubt that it was a clear case of reincarnation.

Undoubtedly, the universe is full of mysteries that challenge our beliefs and our current knowledge. Are there past lives? Is reincarnation possible?

After reviewing cases such as those described above, experienced mostly by innocent and very young children, who could remember their past life and tell it to the world, it is difficult not to think about it being a certain possibility, the idea that after to die physically in this plane, we expect wonderful experiences from the other side, among them, reincarnation.

Personally, I am satisfied with the idea of ​​believing that, when we die, our existence does not end here, that we are more than a simple body that is born, grows, ages and dies; that our spirit is able to transcend to a higher plane, from which, at the right moment, we can reincarnate in another body, to have a new opportunity to dream and learn to be better people, to evolve spiritually and to live again and again.
