Be aware of your hourly output, and how much you are paid for it. A lot of times we do not take auxiliary time (travel time for example) taken to complete a task as time we should be paid for. If you work for 8 hours and need 2 hours to get to and from work, then total is 10 hours. Even mental preparation is work, so if you're thinking of work when you're brushing your teeth, for example, that's work time too.

It's not about being calculative with your time; it's a matter of priority. Time is the only unrenewable resource.
