Almayer Art & Heritage Hotel is located in the historic center of Zadar. This 4-star hotel has nine unique rooms, a charming hideaway garden and a unique glass house. The hotel was built in 1863 and will be renovated in 2017. In this change, the original spirit of the building and details of the building are preserved. The design of the interior was done by Boris Rozhich in a combination of modern and classical style. Materials like bricks are left over from the texture and added new materials like wood. Mediterranean projects also have a special effect on this work of architecture.
