a new perspective emerging
for so long I carried an anger with me
it had been an item in my pack for as long as I could remember
something that I brought with me as an accessory everywhere I went
I was angry with the world
I was angry with the people on it
I was confused as to how we could have bungled the mess so badly
and found ourselves in this current situation
Why were we so mean to each other??
How could we be so bad??
Well ...
I started to see things differently
It came after a meditation
I wanted to connect to the earth
connect to my source
I saw a future with out humans
one where the earth was in balance
things lived in harmony
I saw a future with humans
also where the earth was in balance
creatures living together in harmony
I had been angry for so long
thinking that others were doing nothing
afraid that we might lose this battle amongst ourselves
I see things differently now
what if we do lose?
what if we destroy our habitat and earth along with it??
well
earth will be fine
even if we destroy every spec of dirt on the planet
it will all come back
maybe even humans could evolve again
I saw that I did not have to fight a battle
I had been prepared to be at war my whole life
confused and frustrated that others could be happy when the we were facing such BIG problems
well I guess that's not the case anymore
this anger has left
floated away on the wind
what has taken it's place?
well i'm still figuring that out
but it feels different
Meditation is the single most amazing gift I ever received in my entire life. The best part is that it was inside me all along, just waiting to be awaken. If everyone took the time each day to meditate and connect deeply with their being, the world would be a much different place:)
Only when you are in harmony with your self, can you be in harmony with the external world.
yeaaannngggsssttttaaa!! I've been thinking about how I have been struggling sooo much lately. Trying to force a new reality into my existence ...
