Self care is so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.

Take a break , take some rest . Have some time to inhale and exhale . Free yourself from the stress of life and negativities. It doesn't mean you have to quit and just go and forget, but instead you just have to pause and recharge yourself. Let go of the bad vibes , you can travel away from the normal routine you have , you can clim uo a mountain and shout out all your fear ,anger, doubts and disappoinments. Once you have refilled yourself with goodvibes and grattitude , you are able to be kind , be patient, and give love to others. You can never have those if you have hatred and regrets in you. Just take time to pause , relax , pamper yourself , inhale , exhale , pray and move forward.
