A calm person is a good listener and observer. He listens to all the facts and discussion and then gives out his opinion. Never underestimate a person who doesn’t speak much, most of the time they have insights which astonish everyone.

You need time to get comfortable. That’s the other thing.
Be a good listener, and then shoot them with “to the point” crisp and clear reasoning. You will definitely impress them.
