MidNight Reflection Before Going To Bed: Why Is It So Hard To Say "I Am Sorry"...?

Hello steemians, how are you all doing today? Hope everyone is having a great time.

Today I will talking on the need for us to always use the magic word "I am sorry".

many a time, i wonder Why it has become so difficult for us to say this very simple words. "I am sorry".

Just because of pride, just because we feel they will say we are too weak, we have arogantly refused peace to reign in our families, relationships and the world at large.

I got to think of it. If people could say simply " i am sorry" or " forgive me" the world would have been in so much peace.

I believe with these words they would have avoided the world wars which took away so many lives.

The lack of forgiveness has destroyed so many homes and left their children traumatized as they can not enjoy the presence and togetherness of both parents in their lives.

If you got a misunderstanding with anyone, and you feel like you hate that person so much that you cannot forgive him or her, can you make a list of about ten things that you love and about that same person and just for those reasons?

Forgive that person if you can. Let us also keep pride aside always and say sorry.

Let love lead.

It is true that so many find it difficult to say the word sorry
I also wonder why ?
And you know sorry is a word that does the magic of mending hearts 🙂
At times we flog on matters that shouldn’t last for even a minute because of ego ..

Let’s learn to use the word SORRY 😐

@mrposyble great post! Agreed that if people can admit and to say "sorry" then we are living in a much more peaceful world than one of competition and arrogance. Funny note though, I live in Canada and Canadians have a thing about being apologetic...we do happen to say "sorry" a lot lol~ Anyways, upvote your post to support

I think the reason why people find it difficult is because of pride.

I agree....pride is only good up to a certain point tho....pride cannot necessarily achieve happiness...but apology and self-reflection can attain enlightenment :)
