Usu Volcano Geopark

We could see intermittent wasps of steam emanating from this humongous granite rock although we were passing by in the coach bus and not exactly too close to it.

The tour guide told us that we have arrived and would be boarding a cable car that would take us right to the peak of Mt Usu.

Charming bird's eye view and clear sunny weather. At the top, we walked along the trail until we were exhausted and reminded ourselves that we still had to walk back to the start of the trail. Most of us were not wearing proper walking shoes.

We loved the tranquility and the expansive greenery surrounding us. Thumbs up to the guide for his recommendation.
