WITNESSES OF CONDUCT
The most active archaeological site on which the Archeological Park Foundation - the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, the Ravine Underground Labyrinth, was the site of an interesting pilot study in August 2016. Conducted by constant positive testimonies of tourists, the Foundation team realized a long-standing idea of ​​measuring measurable health parameters for project participants. In co-operation with medical students, under the leadership of Emine Karamehić, the study was conducted in the heat of the tourist season.
The Foundation has assumed all the costs of financing this project. A total of 20 respondents were included, for which all costs of laboratory findings were paid at the Health Center Visoko. The subjects were divided into two groups for which a predetermined test algorithm was performed: blood and urine tests were performed, followed by a mobile team composed of students at the Medical School measuring blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse rates. On the spot, they also completed subjective assessment scales, after which they stayed in the healing chamber of Ravne Labyrinth (where the greatest concentration of beneficial negative ions was measured) for one hour. After the visits, the same analysis was performed. Each respondent passed this algorithm twice in a seven-day period.

The results of the study were surprising and very positive: in the laboratory findings, evisceration rates of erythrocyte sedimentation have been slowed down in almost all subjects since the first visit, indicating that the processes of strengthening immunity and preventing the development of infections have started almost immediately. There was also remarkable calming or even complete resolution of urinary tract infections in all subjects who had pathological values ​​in findings after the first test and a decrease in cholesterol and triglyceride levels in a few. The results of the mobile team were excellent: in the vast majority of respondents, the stabilization of measured parameters in the direction of physiological values ​​was registered.
The significance of the study is reflected in the quantification and objectification of positive experiences that have become the recognizable brand of the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramid. Although the sample is small, the results are excellent and point to the need for further research, so it is desirable to conduct a larger sample study, which is planned as soon as funds are provided.
