The problem of gas has become commonplace in the life-long journey and changing lifestyle. Nowadays, the trend of consuming junk food in the youth has increased significantly.

Due to the consumption of oil meal and late sleep, the problem of gas is increasing. Becoming a gas in the stomach is a natural part of the digestive process. Its main symptom is flatulence. Most people remove stomach gas several times throughout the day.

Although this is a normal thing, but if the gas in the stomach increases more than the gas, then you must be careful about it.

Peppermint is used as a herb in Ayurveda. In summer, take eight-ten leaves of mint and make them a syrup. It rose in the morning and drank empty stomach. Also eat mint chutney in the winter. If possible, then add garlic buds too.

Lemon juice can be treated by drinking two small spoons and a little rock salt in lightly hot water and drinking stomach gas.
