How great are drawing apps?! I've been watching far too many YouTube videos of Todd McFarlane creating everything from DEADPOOL to Ghost Rider, however, Hayley decided we would watch Wreck it Ralph this morning as we ate breakfast.

Instead of watching the show, I got side tracked.

As a kid, I thought of myself as an artist. As an adult, a sense of insecurity, comparison, anxiety and an overall washing over of "I'm no good" is easy to befall any adult.

And here you were thinking I was going to tell you how pathetic I thought I was!

Let me set the record straight. I'm not an artist. But I think if you enjoy doing something, you should be doing it. Whether it's buying a two dollar water colour set from the cheap-shop or using a free app on your smart phone, I think it's all beneficial to the soul.

I thought I'd just share my own doodling. This is the first time I've used 'Sketch' on Android and I haven't explored half of it's features. Maybe you'll see more in the future. I doubt it though.

I love making promises I don't keep.

But then again, if you're a follower of mine and don't even bother holding me accountable, when do you actually expect the next issue of Adventures in Elowyn Glade to get published?

It IS a two-way street.
